Tunisian Highlife does not offer refunds for purchases or donations made through this website — including our donation page and any in-game perks, vehicles, currency, ranks, or other digital goods or services we provide. All sales and contributions are final. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you are obtaining non-tangible digital content delivered instantly or tied to your account, and that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that might otherwise apply to distance sales, to the extent the law allows for such digital goods.
Once a transaction on our site is confirmed, we cannot reverse it or return funds except where we are legally required to do so in your jurisdiction. If you believe your case is covered by mandatory consumer law, contact us with your order details and we will review it in good faith.
Chargebacks and payment disputes filed with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first may result in suspension or a permanent ban from our server and related services, and we will provide evidence of delivery and acceptance of this policy where appropriate.
