Terms of Service

Welcome to the Terms of Service ("ToS") for Tunisian Highlife, a GTA V and FiveM roleplay server and community. These terms apply to this website, our Discord, our in-game server, and related services we operate. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these ToS, our Privacy Policy, and our Rules.

General terms

Tunisian Highlife may change, modify, or update these ToS at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend, terminate, or modify our services (or any part of them) at any time, including access to the game server, Discord, or this site.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of our services, except where the law does not allow such exclusion.
Tunisian Highlife is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re, or any entity associated with the Grand Theft Auto series or FiveM beyond using their platforms as permitted.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or intimidation of other players or staff is strictly prohibited.
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed. Report issues to staff as soon as possible.
You may not claim ownership of Rockstar, FiveM, or third-party intellectual property used in the game or on our services.
You must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements stated in our rules and whitelist process to participate.

Refund policy

Purchases and donations made through Tunisian Highlife's website (including our store and donation pages) are generally final and non-refundable, in line with standard practice for digital goods and voluntary contributions, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or a permanent ban from our server and related services.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for paid services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tunisian Highlife, its staff, and volunteers from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these ToS.

Governing law

These ToS are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

Entire agreement

These ToS, together with our Privacy Policy and Rules, form the entire agreement between you and Tunisian Highlife regarding use of our services.
